A LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE
We are due to leave Apartment Limon Kalkan after spending an amazing 10 days here. The apartment has been perfect, everything we need has been supplied including a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, a washing machine ( I love going home with clean clothes) and just about everything you need for a relaxing stay. No fighting for sunbeds as Limon has its own and we’ve often had the pool to ourselves. That said, anyone we have shared it with have all been lovely! The apartment is a really good size, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and beautiful views. Kalkan is a food lovers paradise and once we had got used to the hills, we fell in love.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in August 2026. Having visited Kalkan on and off since 2002, we knew what we needed and where we would be happy staying location wise. The house (duplex apartment) is very spacious and well equipped and we were extremely impressed by it. More often than not we had the beautiful infinity pool to ourselves. As one of our party was a pool lover , this suited her well. It is a quick walk into town, either via the the bottom bridge or top bridge depending on where we wanted to go. The owners were extremely helpful and kept us up to date with transfer information and gave us all the welcome information we needed.
We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

HOME FROM HOME
We have recently returned from an 11 night stay at Limon apartment and are missing it already!
From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the the right decision to book this property.
The apartment is so spacious , ideal for our party of 5, and is so comfortable, a real home from home.
The setting is beautiful and the infinity pool and the views over Kalkan being a real highlight of our stay.
Linda and Roy were always available to answer any questions, whilst in resort Sharon dealt with any requests quickly and to our satisfaction.
We loved our time at Limon and Kalkan and would not hesitate to recommend.

AMAZING APARTMENT
Well what can we say, this was an amazing apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there., even pool towels were supplied. The view over the bay was stunning, seeing that every morning was truly wonderful.
The apartment was very comfortable. Sharon from the management team was always on hand if needed, also Linda and Roy. Most days we had the place to ourselves, very peaceful.
If you are looking for a perfect place to stay, then this is it. We would not hesitate to come back.

WE WILL BE BACK!
This is our 2nd time at Limon, and we loved it just as much as the first time if not more. The apartment itself is immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need , inside and out.
It is very home from home, you want and need for nothing. Everything is provided. Beach towels, Sunbeds with name on which is a massive plus, although you only share the pool with 3 other apartments, you mostly have the pool to yourself.
Incredible views of Kalkan, one you will never tire of waking up to. Linda & Roy are always on the end of a text, and communication is excellent.
We do think it has gone more expensive than last year, but staying in Limon means we can stay in or go out as it worked both ways for us. Kalkan is a very Special place, the restaurants, the people. It makes you want to return. And We Will!

A WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION
The apartment is beautifully maintained, spacious and in a great location with an amazing view over the bay. This means of course that is high up on the hill and a return taxi is required for a five minute return from the town. However, taxis are plentiful and cheap.
There are more restaurants and bars than you can possibly try in two weeks and the food is fabulous.
The infinity pool and patio area is lovely, again with amazing views. I can thoroughly recommend Limon for a relaxing holiday.

A WONDERFUL STAY!
We have just returned from a lovely two week stay at Limon Apartment.
The apartment was fantastic. Spotlessly clean on arrival and has absolutely everything you would need for a stress-free stay, even hairdryers in each room which you don’t often see. A welcome breakfast pack was included and a personal visit from the management team the following morning to check we were ok and to answer any questions, which I thought was really nice. They were only a message or phone call away if we had any questions as were Roy and Linda.
The pool and the garden are beautiful and very clean, and the views are amazing, also very quiet and only a few people around the pool at any one time (something which is a must for us having an autistic daughter).
An added bonus for us was having Wi-Fi and English TV channels for our younger daughter. Something that’s not often available.
Airport transfers were also arranged for us which was great.
All in all a wonderful stay. I would not hesitate in booking again.

DON’T HESITATE, BOOK & ENJOY!
This was our second stay at the beautiful Limon Apartment, and it was every bit as good as we remembered from our first visit. Quiet location with brilliant views, the infinity pool is amazing and kept the kids happy and cool.
It’s only a short walk downhill to the town, perfect for those evening meals in the numerous restaurants!
The apartment itself is immaculate, has all you need and the welcome pack on your arrival is a lovely touch.
There is air conditioning throughout which means the apartment is always cool and comfortable when you need it to be.
Overall, 10/10 for us. Roy & Linda are lovely people and are always on hand for any questions.

A PERFECT GETAWAY AT APARTMENT LIMON KALKAN!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Apartment Limon in Kalkan. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday.
One of the standout features is the breathtaking view from the terrace and infinity swimming pool – waking up to the sparkling blue sea and enjoying our morning coffee there was a daily highlight. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for cooling off in the afternoons.
The location is ideal – quiet and tranquil, yet just a short walk or quick drive into the heart of Kalkan where you will find amazing restaurants, bars and shops. We particularly appreciated the helpful local tips provided by the hosts – they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations.
Overall, Apartment Limon exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, a romantic escape, or a base for exploring the beautiful Turkish coastline, this place is a gem.
We’re already looking forward to returning!

WE HAVE BEEN TRULY SPOILT
Having just returned from a 10 night stay @ LIMON, we have been truely spoilt.
There is so much to say about this amazing place; but it would mean writing a book but I will keep it short.
From booking this gorgeous home, all communication with Linda has been excellent.
Every question I asked was immediately answered and recommendations were gratefully received.
Apartment LIMON doesn’t feel like an apartment but a beautiful home filled with love. On entering LIMON and seeing that view, WOW…
I will miss waking up to that each morning. There was only myself and my husband, so we had a lot more space than needed, but we took it all in and loved it.
(Amazing space for a group of 6 ).
You do not want for anything here, everything and everyone is catered for. It’s home from home and PERFECT in every way.
The pool is wonderful to swim and cool off in, only shared by 3 other apartments but more often than not, we had the infinity pool to ourselves and our own sunbeds which is a massive plus.
KALKAN Town, we love you. Beautiful restaurants, Bars & shops. Also an amazing boat trip on Therapy. Service
in all areas was impeccable, the Turkish people cannot do enough for you, we haven’t experienced anything like it.

WE BOOKED AGAIN AND IT WAS WORTH IT!
We have just returned from our second stay at Apartment Limon. This time , a little further into the season than the last. It was a little busier, but just as friendly and welcoming – the kindness and generosity always shines through when staying in Kalkan and it was just as beautiful as before – those views never age! We were spoilt for choices with the restaurants but the recommendations in Apartment Limon’s information guide helped us find our way to some new places and we definitely were not disappointed!!
The airport transfers (kindly arranged by Linda and Roy) were perfect, and really took any worry or hassle out of the journey. As we had stayed at Apartment Limon before we knew what was waiting for us upon arrival and it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, all the information needed available and contact details should we have needed anything further. We made great use of the pool, and the area was regularly cleaned and swept by the gardener – the flowers were really blooming this year too which made it an even prettier view!
We would highly recommend a stay at Apartment Limon and it definitely won’t be long before we book again.

LIMON APARTMENT 23/08/24 – 06/09/2024
From the first point of contact to us returning home communication has been amazing. Answering lots of silly questions I had and checking in regularly. We were delayed on our flight so arrived around 0730am and wow it was beautiful. The drive up to the villa was a bit hair raising the first time as it is quite a steep hill but after that we joked about it. Everything is top notch. The bedrooms are downstairs and have fab air con, the beds are so comfy and the sheets so crisp and clean. We didn’t really use the kitchen apart from a cuppa in the morning and the day my hubby caught a few tuna on a fishing trip but everything is there for any type of cooking. The view from the living room is breathtaking. The sun loungers are in the perfect spot around the pool and for the first week we had it to ourselves. The greenery and flowers around the apartment are beautiful. As you can tell we really liked our stay. Thanks so much Roy and Linda for everything. We will be back.

Myself and my husband visited Kalkan for the first time in July 2024 and stayed in the Limon apartment with our teenage son and parents who have previously stayed in this apartment a few times.
The apartment is lovely and you can tell the owners holiday here themselves as it has a home from home feel and is fully equipped for you to live in with home comforts. We liked that all the 3 bedrooms were on the ground floor, and due to this they were cool in the July/ August temperatures. The air conditioning is amazing! All three bedrooms have their own lovely bathrooms with 2 being en suite and upstairs the open living/dining /kitchen worked well for us with a great size fridge and freezer and ample room to eat around the dining table and relax in the lounge area.
The balcony is lovely opening up to fantastic views over Kalkan bay. The pool and its area is great, lovely garden area and a really nice shared pool between 3 other apartments . Plenty of sunbeds and great umbrellas – which were very much needed when we visited, it’s good that each apartment has its own allocated sun beds so no rushing out in a morning to reserve your spot. The apartment is at the top of a very steep hill which a lot of the accommodation is in Kalkan and therefore provides you with the great views over the bay. We ended up getting taxis most days into the centre due to our elderly parents struggling with the hill and the hot weather but the taxis are very cheap and plentiful – under £4 each way for 5 people which is very reasonable and didn’t cause any issues.
Kalkan itself is lovely with cobbled streets and lovely buildings and old harbour and many fabulous restaurants and shops and we will definitely return to again as we have fallen in love with the resort.

Wow! What an amazing holiday we had at Limon Apartment! The apartment is gorgeous; it is obvious that Roy and Linda take great pride in their property and this shines through.
All of the equipment you need to make your stay easy is there and air con throughout is a massive bonus. Roy and Linda were happy to provide a wealth of information about Kalkan itself which was a huge help; we were never stuck for something to do.
The pool area for the apartment was luxurious, spacious with shade and sun available all through the entire day. The infinity pool was just stunning and kept our three kids entertained all holiday! We found our new ‘happy place.’ We will definitely return to Limon soon.Kalkan itself is lovely with cobbled streets and lovely buildings and old harbour and many fabulous restaurants and shops and we will definitely return to again as we have fallen in love with the resort.

A WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION
Absolutely perfect! I spent a week in June in this fabulous apartment with a group of friends -falling in love with Kalkan, so much so that I returned a month later with my family. The apartment is situated over two floors, giving the benefit of glorious sea views and also direct access from all the bedrooms to the pool. The decor, the facilities and overall ambience of the apartment is wonderful. Everything we needed was available and made our stay so easy and enjoyable, from the spotless kitchen (everwhere was spotless), kind welcome pack, the UK electric adapters, the large water-cooler, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning in every room…honestly everything we could have wanted. The grounds are also maintained to a high standard, comfy sun loungers, pristine pool and several options of seating/dining areas. The poolside is situated to give all-day sunshine, with plenty of parasols to lounge under with a cold drink and book. The booking process was painless, they even arranged airport transfers for us, which again made life easy. We spent some of the holiday exploring Kalkan, and some days relaxing around the pool. We had the pool area to ourselves during our stay, but there is plenty of room should the other apartments have guests staying. The location is peaceful, beautiful and within easy access of Kalkan/harbour/beach and it’s huge choice of restaurants, shops and bars. We chose to use the local very affordable taxis, as the area is on a steep hill. I cannot wait to return to Kalkan and Limon apartment would be my first choice of accommodation. Absolute luxury and very affordable.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS *****
Well… we’re booking again, that probably says it all!
We visited Apartment Limon in April as a family of five adults. Apartment Limon arranged all transfers for a seamless and stress free arrival (and sadly, departure!).
Everything that we had seen of Apartment Limon before our holiday was exactly as it was on the pictures: welcoming, clean and with beautiful views.
The apartment is a great size, comfortably accommodating five adults and it could have easily taken more of us. The kitchen is well equipped (although we didn’t cook much as there were too many lovely places to eat in Kalkan!) and the living areas spacious. There was a welcome pack ready with bread, eggs, milk and jam, so we could enjoy ‘breakfast with a view’ on our first morning. There is also a water cooler in the apartment for use. The bedrooms were all beautifully presented, with plenty of bathroom facilities to go round. The linen and towels were fresh, with it being clear that those looking after Apartment Limon love it as much as we now do.
The pool area and garden are very well looked after, and the sun beds extremely comfortable for those afternoon siestas! The pool is not heated, but this did not make it uncomfortable to swim in, and we were pre-summer! I can only imagine how lovely the pool would be when the temperature rises!
Apartment Limon is a short walk down some short, but quite steep, roads into Kalkan itself. If steep is not for you, then taxis were easily ordered and readily available in Kalkan for the return journey (we definitely opted for that!). Kalkan itself is a great place, with really stunning views and beautifully clear water! What really stood out was how well looked after we felt when out in Kalkan. There’s an abundance of great restaurants, it’s almost a little hard to choose where to eat at times, but we managed…!
All in all, Apartment Limon comes highly recommended and I’m sure we’ll be back, time and time again.

LOVED IT !
Fantastic stay at apartment Limon. I stayed for one week in early April and loved it. The apartment is great and super spacious. The decor is lovely and the views out to sea are incredible. Lovely bedrooms, excellent bathrooms and the lounge and kitchen dining area are well equiped and have plenty of space. The pool area is great; a lovely infinity pool and magical views over Kalkan out to sea. Sunbed and towels are provided. Set up a hill it’s only 10-15 minutes walk to the town and seafront. Alternatively, taxis are easy to get and cheap. Kalkan itself was impressive with lots of little shops, bars and plenty of fantastic restaurants.
